Phoenix PV Agave cooker

Phoenix PV is an innovative solution developed to propose an advanced approach to Agave cooking. It consists of a vacuum autoclave with in-built cooling and heat recovery system, which exceptionally improves cooking efficiency by both reducing process time and increasing the hydrolysis of sugars, as well as limiting energy costs and CO2 emissions.
The system is fully customizable based on production requirements: from the design of the plant, to the automation to the cooking cycles. POZZI can supply from a single autoclave, to a fully automated plant.
